JACKSBORO, TN (WLAF) – In a release from the District Attorney General’s office, last week, the following individuals were found in violation of their supervised release and remanded them to Tennessee Department of Corrections (TDOC) custody:

Roberta Ann White, of Caryville, had previously pleaded guilty to Burglary, Theft under $500, and was required to serve 45 days prior to being placed on TDOC supervision for 4 years. She was found guilty of violating the terms of her release and was sentenced to serve her 4 year sentence in TDOC custody.

Patty Ann Sharp, of Rocky Top, had previously pleaded guilty to Aggravated Burglary and was required to serve 17 days prior to being placed on TDOC supervision for 3 years. She was found guilty of violating the terms of her release and was sentenced to serve her 3 year sentence in TDOC custody.

John H. Garner had previously pleaded guilty Evading Arrest, Driving on a Suspended License and Reckless Endangerment, and was placed on Community Corrections supervision for 3 years.  He was found guilty of violating the terms of his release and was sentenced to serve his 3 year sentence in TDOC custody.

Raven Lela Roberts, of LaFollette, had previously pleaded guilty Auto Burglary, and was required to serve 21 days prior to being placed on TDOC supervision for 2 years.  She was found guilty of violating the terms of her release and was sentenced to serve her 2 year sentence in TDOC custody.

Jonathan Byrge, of LaFollette, had previously pleaded guilty to Manufacture of Methamphetamine, and was required to serve 45 days prior to being placed on TDOC supervision for 10 years.  He was found guilty of violating the terms of his release and was sentenced to serve his 8 year sentence in TDOC custody.

Glenna Leann Kidwell had previously pleaded guilty to Forgery, and Driving on a Revoked License, and she was required to serve 30 days prior to being placed on TDOC supervision for 2 years. She was found guilty of violating the terms of her release and was sentenced to serve her 2 year sentence in TDOC custody.

Kelly Martin, of Jacksboro, had previously pleaded guilty to Attempted Possession of Contraband in a Penal Facility and was required to serve 120 days prior to being placed on TDOC supervision for 2 years. She was found guilty of violating the terms of her release and was sentenced to serve her 2 year sentence in TDOC custody.

Joseph Crockett King, of LaFollette, had previously pleaded guilty to Aggravated Assault and Resisting Arrest, and was required to serve 163 days prior to being placed on Community Corrections supervision for 4 years.  He was found guilty of violating the terms of his release and was sentenced to serve his 4 year sentence in TDOC custody.
