JACKSBORO, TN (WLAF)- The following 18 outstanding criminal cases were resolved with plea agreements:
–Richard Kellogg– evading arrest, vandalism; 30 days to serve with credit for time served, two years supervised probation, court costs
–Gregory Scot Murray– three counts of theft under $1,000, fraudulent use of a credit card under $1,000, possession of heroin, tampering with evidence; 18 days to serve with credit for time served, three years supervised probation, court costs, $750 fine, $375 fine, $773. 92 restitution, prohibited from being on the property of the Shell Breadbox, Dollar General and Tractor Supply Company and no contact with the victims
–Mark Every Garner– felony evading arrest, driving on a suspended license, evading arrest, hunting from a public road, spotlighting deer; 53 days to serve with credit for time served, two years supervised probation, loss of driving privileges for six months, loss of hunting privileges for one year, forfeit weapon and ammo to TWRA, court costs
–Colin Joe Monday– theft under $1,000; 127 days to serve with credit for time served, 11 months, 29 days probation, no contact with the victim, court costs, $75 fine, $80 restitution
–Tesia Dawn Nicole Taylor– two counts of attempted aggravated robbery; six years supervised probation, no contact with the victim, court costs, $300 restitution
–Daniel Hatfield– reckless aggravated assault, felony evading arrest, resisting arrest, setting fire to personal property or land, unlawful possession of a weapon, five years to serve at Tennessee Department of Corrections
–Owen Jeffery Monday– three counts of stalking, violation of community supervision for life; six days to serve with credit for time served, six years supervised probation, no contact with the victims, no trespassing at Wal- Mart, no contact with victims, court costs
–Anna Marissa Johnson– burglary; 36 days to serve, two years supervised probation, court costs, $75 fine, $137.17 restitution
–Joshua Edwin Chambers-aggravated domestic assault; 18 days to serve with credit for time served, three years supervised probation, no contact with the victim, complete anger management class, court costs
–Jennifer Renee Hoskins– driving on revoked license; six months unsupervised probation
–Tyler Rains– reckless aggravated assault; six days to serve with credit for time served, two years judicial diversion, two years supervised probation, court costs, restitution hearing set for 2/10/20
–Kayla Brooke Saylor– DUI; two days to serve with credit for time served, 11 months, 29 days probation, attend MADD Impact Panel, loss of driver’s license for one year, attend alcohol and drug assessment and follow the recommendations, submit to periodic drug screens. Court costs, $350 fine
–Travis Lenell Prewitt– theft over $10,000, aggravated burglary; 197 days to serve with credit for time served, four years supervised probation, court costs, no contact with the victim
–Bobby Lee Barnes– burglary, theft over $1,000; 90 days to serve with credit for time served, four years supervised probation, prohibited from being on LaFollette Dialysis Center property, court costs, $75 fine
–Alexis Leerose Adkins– attempted introduction of contraband into a penal facility; 15 days to serve with credit for time served, two years supervised probation, court costs
–Kyle Scott Stringfield– felony possession of a schedule VI controlled substance; two days to serve with credit for time served, two years judicial diversion, two years supervised probation, forfeit a S&W MP9C 9MM to the Tennessee Highway Patrol, court costs, $2,000 fine
–William Woodward– attempted false report; six days to serve with credit for time served, two years supervised probation, two years judicial diversion, court costs
