JACKSBORO, TN (WLAF) – On Monday, three individuals were found in violation of their supervised release and remanded to Tennessee Department of Corrections (TDOC) custody.

The three are:

Bruce A. Hudson, 43, Williamsburg, Ky, had previously pleaded guilty to theft of property over $1,000, and was placed on TDOC supervision for three years. He was found guilty of violating the terms of his release and was sentenced to serve his three year sentence in TDOC custody.

Wayne Curtis Coker, 34, La Follette, had previously pleaded guilty to identity theft and driving on a revoked driver’s license and was required to serve 30 days prior to being placed on TDOC supervision for three years. He was found guilty of violating the terms of his release and was sentenced to serve his three year sentence in TDOC custody.

Linda S. Green, 53, La Follette, had previously pleaded guilty to two counts of assault and accessory after the fact, and was required to serve 18 days prior to being placed on TDOC supervision for two years.  She was found guilty of violating the terms of her release and was sentenced to serve her two year sentence in TDOC custody.

Hudson, Coker and Green are currently being housed in the Campbell County Jail.  (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 02/13/2020-6AM)
