JELLICO, TN (WLAF) – Campbell County Sheriff’s Deputy Zachary Daughtery was on Highway 297 in Jellico on March 21, conducting radar. During this time, he saw a red sedan traveling 46 mph in a 30-mph zone. He stopped the vehicle and allegedly found Stephanie Deshea Marlow to be the driver, and David Allen Martin was a passenger. A check of her license revealed they were suspended due to a failure to appear in court.

Daugherty searched the vehicle and allegedly found a clear pipe in between the passenger seat and seat belt latch. The pipe had an off colored white residue inside it that was believed to be methamphetamine residue.

Marlow, 31, 1353 Highway 90, Duff was charged with speeding and driving while suspended. Martin, 30, 1235 York Street, Jellico was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.  (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 03/27/2020-6AM)
