Campbell County 4th District School Board Member turned photographer Noah Smith.

CARYVILLE, TN (WLAF) – Campbell County 4th District School Board Member Noah Smith has quite an offer for Campbell and Jellico High School seniors who’ve yet to have their photos taken while wearing their cap and gown; free photos.If you are a CCHS or JHS senior, Smith will snap a free picture of you today on Mothers Day.  Smith, also a student at the University of Tennessee, said, “I want to give back all I can and help make their senior year special and well remembered.”

He’ll be taking the pictures on Sunday at Cove Lake State Park.  In order to follow CDC guidelines, it will be by appointment only.  All the seniors need to do is text Smith at 865. 219.3165 to set up a time.  Photo sessions run 15-minutes.  Again.  It’s completely free!
