JACKSBORO, TN (WLAF) – Even though this is a bittersweet sentiment and a graduation without a commencement, WLAF still wants to celebrate our Campbell County graduates from the University of Tennessee.  Diplomas came out of a mailbox this spring rather than out of the hand of an official from UT.

Here are Campbell County’s representatives from the University of Tennessee’s Class of 2020:

Marissa Wilson – Bachelors in Psychology and Child Development (Anderson Co High School)

Levi Chapman – Bachelor of Science in Construction Science & Agriculture (Campbell County High School)

Jacob Cotton – Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Grace Christian Academy)

Allyssa Jeffries-Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Cellular and Molecular Biology with minor in History (Campbell County High School)

Kassie Kibler – Bachelor of Science in Education (Campbell County High School)

Garrett Orick – Bachelor of Science in Health & Human Sciences (Campbell County High School)

Joseph Perkins – Bachelor of Arts (Jellico High School)

Peyton Shown – Bachelor of Music (Campbell County High School)

Emily Stiner – Master of Science Speech-Language Pathology (Campbell County High School)

The university plans to host a rescheduled in-person spring 2020 commencement as soon as it’s able.

WLAF congratulates our Campbell County students who are graduating from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville. (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 05/15/2020-6AM-UPDATED AT NOON)
