JACKSBORO, TN (WLAF)- During the last session of the Campbell County Grand Jury the following indictments were returned:

Richard Broyles- two counts of reckless endangerment, leaving the scene of an accident with injury
Angela Lowe -driving on a revoked license
Elisabeth Willbanks- DUI, DUI over .08
Johnathan Settles- DUI
Trevor White- aggravated burglary, theft over $1,000, driving on a revoked license, simple possession of a scheduled VI controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia
Robert Leach, Jr.- two counts of reckless burning
Steven Seiber – third offense DUI
Rebecca Huckaby- domestic assault
Ty Harcourt- evading arrest, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of .5 grams or more meth for resale
Charlotte Yafchak- third offense DUI, simple possession of a schedule V controlled substance, driving on a revoked license
Fred Nelson- second offense driving on a revoked license, felony possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of more than .5 grams of meth with intent to sell, possession of more than .5 grams of meth with intent to deliver
Shannan Welch – simple possession of a schedule V controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, two counts of violating sex offender registry
Melinda Paul- second offense DUI
Tammy Baker – theft over $1,000
Trenity Oakes – DUI, violation of the implied consent law
Paul Boshears, Jr. -aggravated assault, aggravated kidnapping
Jeremy Blankenship- two counts of vandalism over $1,000, theft under $1,000, aggravated burglary, three counts of burglary, theft over $2,500
Bruce Aldridge- theft over $2,500
Gary Webster – DUI
Jeffery Barbe, Jr. – DUI, two counts of possession of a handgun while under the influence, possession of a schedule II controlled substance, evading arrest, two counts of reckless endangerment, resisting arrest
