Fred Franklin Foster, Jr. age 75, of Knoxville, formerly of La Follette passed away Tuesday, June 17, 2020. He was retired from the U.S. Army. Preceded in death by parents, Fred Franklin Foster, Sr. and Dorothy Malicoat Foster; brothers Charles Foster and Joe Hatfield and sister, Sadie.
