Trapped person extricated and taken to the hospital

LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF) – One person was trapped when the pick-up truck he was driving left the roadway late Thursday afternoon.

Around 5pm July 30  the  Campbell County Rural Fire Service was dispatched to the 1500 block of South Hwy 25.  That’s near Rockford Lane a couple of miles north of La Follette.  The call was a vehicle accident with one person trapped.  Members of CCRFS and the La Follette Rescue Squad extricated one patient and then transported him to the La Follette Medical Center Emergency Room.
