LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF) – With a clear blue sky above, Jeff Campbell’s co-workers and friends from Powell-Clinch Utility District came out in full force to honor him on Saturday morning.

Family members say Jeff loved fishing, hunting, playing his guitar and singing for the Lord.
