Jimmy Ray Loyd, age 52 of LaFollette, passed away on September 3, 2020. He was born December 18, 1967 and was a member of the Pioneer Baptist Church. Jimmy enjoyed building, traveling, and playing with his grandchildren. He was employed by Edison Electric.

He is preceded in death by his father Jimmie Ray Loyd Sr.

Jimmy is survived by his mother Beatrice (Crabtree) Loyd of LaFollette, wife Nancy Loyd of LaFollette; step daughters Tiffany Hunt and Tara Hunt both of Johnson City; sisters Yvonne White of Jacksboro and Rebecca Loyd of Johnson City; grandchildren Marcus Hunt, Aiden Thomas and Joseph Ryder Wilson; and a host of several other relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, September 8, 2020 from 5:00-7:00 PM in the chapel of Martin Wilson Funeral Home with his funeral service to follow at 7:00 PM with Rev. David Chambers and Rev. Charles Golden officiating. Family and friends will meet at 10:15 AM on Wednesday, September 9, 2020 to go in funeral procession to Campbell Memorial Gardens for an 11:00 AM interment.
