LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF) – On Thursday night at 7 pm, Celebrate Recovery Campbell County will begin the 15th year in a new location at First Baptist Church of LaFollette.  Previously the group met at First Baptist Church of Jacksboro.  Terry Bray said the LaFollette location is more geographically friendly for participants.  Being in downtown LaFollette makes if more accessible for those without transportation. However, Celebrate Recovery is working on a ride share program for the coming year.

Hurts, habits, hang-ups: Celebrate Recovery ‘nails down’ source to turn to for freedom from addictions.

Celebrate Recovery is not only celebrating a new year and a new location, it now has a line of support for people who are dealing with mental health issues (eg:  anxiety and depression).  Celebrate Recovery is designed to help people with life hurts and trauma, all groups are gender specific.  Throughout the United States, one in four participants in Celebrate Recovery are dealing with alcohol and drug issues, according to Bray.
