CARYVILLE, TN (WLAF) – Deputies made a Tuesday morning wake up call two weeks ago for a Campbell County couple.  Campbell County Chief Deputy Matt Wasson and Deputy James McCall found Michael Lee Jones, 45, of South Cumberland Avenue, La Follette asleep behind the wheel of a car with the car’s motor running.  Naomi Rain Fraley, 25, of Dilbeck Lane, Caryville was reported to be with Jones, also asleep, in the vehicle.

The report lists both Jones and Fraley as unemployed.  They were found near Norris Lake on Lake Road at Caryville and booked into the Campbell County Jail on Sept. 29 at 9:40 am.

Jones was arrested for driving while revoked.  It was his 22nd booking.

Fraley was arrested on drug charges.  She was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and schedule II (meth).  Fraley has been booked through the Campbell County Jail eight times.

McCall said Fraley was in possession of a baggy containing what is believed to be meth.  Upon further investigation, McCall allegedly located needles, a pipe and digital scales allegedly in Fraley’s possession.

Jones is free on a $500 bond and awaits a court hearing on Thurs., Oct, 15, in General Sessions Court.

Fraley was sentenced last week to serve 11 months and 29 days at 75% according to jail records.  She is housed this morning in the Campbell County Jail.  (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 10/13/2020-6AM)
