JELLICO, TN (WLAF) – A man who lists himself as disabled is in trouble with the law again.  Forty-two -year- old Clarence Ray Perry of Brick Plant Lane Jellico was booked into the Campbell County Jail for the 18th time on Oct. 25.

Perry remains in jail this morning without bond facing a capias/bench warrant according to jail records.  He is due in court on Thurs., Nov. 5.  (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 11/02/2020-6AM)
