JACKSBORO, TN (WLAF) – A man who has been in and out of the Campbell County Jail for decades is once again out.  Fifty-two year Donnie Dople, Hollifield Drive,  was most recently picked up on a capias/bench warrant and violation of probation out of General Sessions Court.  Dople was arrested on Oct. 20.  (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 11/02/2020-6AM)

  1. I have one question “WHY”????. Why bother when he’s being arrested for the 38th time! Either let him go, or put him in jail for good. Sounds like he’s a low end career criminal that can’t survive outside of the jail. Put him there or get him help, but quit letting him just go on probation. Apparently after 38 times that doesn’t work.
