LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF) – Thank you to all those of you who view, watch and /or listen to WLAF and especially all those of you who so generously advertise and work with WLAF. We are thankful for you. Without you, this 70th anniversary celebration would not be possible.

A great big thank you also goes out to those tirelessly working employees, team members, here at WLAF. I greatly appreciate you!

It’s the same call letters, the same street and the same community after all these years; WLAF on North 5th Street in La Follette. (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 05/17/2023-6AM)

  1. Thank you, WLAF, for doing the job of keeping ex-pat Campbell Countians informed and up-to-date on what’s happening back home better than any other site out there. Keep up the good work!

In fact, one time, ya’ll were telling us about an incident almost next door to my brother’s home. I called him and he said, “I wondered what all those siren’s were about.” Because of WLAF I was able to alert him – and, like I said, he was right there! That’s faster than fast! Thank you, again.

    1. Thank you for your kind words, Rick, and we greatly appreciate you connecting to WLAF.

      Best,

  2. Thank you for all that you do to keep the community informed. I visit this page every day during the week. People ask me how I know so much about certain things in the community. I tell them WLAF. I personally enjoyed getting to meet (and get to know some of you) when my late husband (James Brotherton) had a radio program there. Congratulations on 70 years and may you have many more.

  3. Man you all have such great music! I love the 70’s stuff. I remember me and my sissy’s could call the radio station and request a song. You guys would play it. I am the youngest of nine girls so we had a lot of requests back then. God bless everyone and every thing!
