Ralph was my friend. He was my first customer when I started P&D Satellites and later became my office Manager there for 5 or 6 years. In 1988 I took him with me to serve as Deputy County at Executive for the entire time I held that office. He was very good at that job and was a dear and loyal friend. Rest in peace Ralph. I will always remember you and love you.
I always liked my run ins with Ralph. When he owned Poor Boys he did give it a legitimate go, and was always up for suggestions and even would implement them. Which is rare among a lot of people in Campbell County who open businesses. He was a good person, he did care, and will be someone that will be sorely missed in the community. Rest in peace and my thoughts go with his family.
