LAFOLLETTE, TN (SPECIAL TO WLAF) – The Campbell County Children’s Center continues to be thankful for its many blessings from the local community as they recently received a donation from BSH Home Appliances.

On hand to receive the donation from Daniel Flood, plant manager and manufacturing manager Ryan Poskitt is Maggie Inscho, victim advocate for the center.

“We are thrilled to receive this contribution today.  We have been fortunate to have this relationship with BSH for over five years and they continue to be a great encouragement to our prevention program and the services we offer during Christmas,” said Inscho.

BSH is the world’s second-largest home appliance manufacturer with a plant located in Jacksboro, TN.  With more than 61,800 employees worldwide, BSH increased its revenue in 2017 to around 13.8 billion Euros. BSH produces the entire range of modern home appliances at 42 factories worldwide. The product portfolio ranges from cooktops, ovens and ventilation, dishwashers, washers and dryers, fridges and freezers to small appliances such as vacuum cleaners, coffee machines or food processors.

The Campbell County Children’s Center was founded in 2001 to provide a safe haven for sexually and physically abused children.  Instead of being interviewed countless times at different locations, a child can tell their story to one caring and specially trained professional in a child-friendly environment where the child knows he or she will be safe.
