JACKSBORO, TN (WLAF) – Campbell County High School closed due to COVID-19 on Mon., Nov. 23. That closure put a halt to the CCHS basketball season; practices and games.

Lady Cougar Coach Brad Honeycutt said, “We’re (Cougars and Lady Cougars) going to be able to start practices back tomorrow, and we’ll play at Central on Tuesday as scheduled.”

Since Nov. 23, CCHS has missed four games, West/Grainger, Cocke County, Powell and Oak Ridge. The Oak Ridge games were to’ve been played tonight at Brown Gym. The hope is to reschedule these games.

You can watch the games live from Central right here over the WLAF – Doyle’s Tire Shop Sports Network. Just click on the Lindsay’s Carpet & Paint Center video player to see the games.
