LICK CREEK, TN (WLAF) – Firefighters are on the scene of a house fire at this hour.

**There is a house fire at 4898 Highway 25W**.

It’s believed that the house, on the La Follette side of Lick Creek Holiness Church, is vacant. A passerby tells WLAF that a woman was trying to get in the front door after the fire had started which was around 2 pm Tuesday.

The Campbell County Rural Fire Service is battling the blaze. (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 12/08/2020-3:30PM)

Someone was staying in it. We seen smoke coming from the chimney on Sunday on our way home.
