Henry Ridenour, age 71, of Jacksboro, went home to be with the Lord on December 20, 2020. Henry was born on June 7, 1949 in Stinking Creek to the late Henry “Bud” Ridenour and Wilma Jean (Stewart) Ridenour. Henry attended West LaFollette Baptist Church. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, watching westerns, and his work at the Campbell County Recycling Center. Along with his parents, Henry is preceded in death by his previous wife Wanda Lou (Campbell) Ridenour as well as Ancil, Sarah Smiddy, Kyle Smiddy, and Katie Stewart.

Henry is survived by his loving wife Judy (Goodman) Ridenour. Sons and daughters-in-law Ronald and Kristie Ridenour and Sampson and Amanda Ridenour; grandchildren Maze and Charity; sisters Sherry Smiddy and Sarah Dilbeck; sisters-in-law Patricia Chitwood, Marsha (Harvey), Hammock, Darlene (Alfred) Branim, Carlene Blevins, and Denise (Jeff) Caldwell along with a host of other family and friends.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, December 22, 2020 in the chapel of Martin Wilson Funeral Home without the family present from 12:00- 4:00 PM. The family will be present from 5:00–7:00 PM with funeral services to follow with Rev. Sampson Ridenour and Bill Rutherford officiating. Family and friends will meet at 9:45 AM on December 23, 2020 at Martin Wilson Funeral home to go in funeral procession to Davis Cemetery for a 11:00 AM graveside service with Brother Hansford Bolton officiating.
