JACKSBORO, TN (WLAF) – A Campbell County Grand Jury indicted the following individuals last week. They are scheduled to appear in court on Tue., Feb. 16.

-Jennifer LeFevers- second offense DUI, driving on a suspended license           

-Kirkland Collins – DUI, simple possession of a schedule VI controlled substance

-Bobby Johnson- theft under $1,000

-Bryce Roach- DUI, two counts of felony reckless endangerment

-Travis Kidwell – allowing dogs to run at large

-Jesse Fannin – possession of a schedule II controlled substance

-Minnie Baird- introduction of contraband into a penal facility, simple possession of a schedule I controlled substance   

-Darryl Stanford – simple possession of a schedule I controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia   

-Donna Housley- false report

-Lowell Murray – assault, attempted sexual battery, stalking

-Donny Burris – nine counts actions by home improvement services provider that constitute offense

-Amanda Albright – possession of a schedule II controlled substance with intent to sell, possession of a schedule I controlled substance

-Matthew Brock- aggravated assault by strangulation

-Devin Davis – theft over $1,000, possession of drug paraphernalia, violation registration, failure to display a driver’s license on demand    

-Jackson White- failure to appear

-Courtney Partin- resisting arrest, two counts of assault on a police officer, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon
