Mr. Larry Wayne Cornett, age 64 of LaFollette entered Heavens gates on Friday, February 12, 2021, at 2:30 A.M. in Nashville, TN.   A devoted Christian of many years who served as Deacon for his loving church family at Heritage Baptist Church.  Larry was a very humble and kind hearted person that touched many hearts through his lifetime.  He never knew a stranger and would wholeheartedly help anyone in need.  If he wasn’t at home in his garden you could find him fishing and enjoying life out on the lake with family and friends.  Preceded in death by his loving wife, Sue Smiddy Cornett, Father and Mother, Donald Cornett and Irene Cornett.     

Survivors:  Son, Thomas Cornett and Rebecca, his Brother, Chuck and sister-in-law, Jewel; Granddaughter, Catey Phillips, and his Wonderful Friend, Brenda Thomas.  Several Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews, Cousins, other relatives friends.    

Funeral Services Tuesday, February 16, 2021, 2:00 P.M. at Walters Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Roger Hillard and Larry’s Nephew, Rev.
