OAK RIDGE, TN (SPWECIAL TO WLAF) – Aid To Distressed Families of Appalachian Counties, Inc. (ADFAC) is pleased to announce the availability of funds for residents of Campbell County who have been affected by COVID-19.

Funding for this program has been provided by a grant from the Campbell County Enhancement Fund of the East Tennessee Foundation. This funding partnership includes support and cooperation from TVA, LaFollette Utilities Board, The Campbell County Enhancement Fund and Powell Clinch Utility District.

Financial assistance may be in the form of utilities or rent for families living in Campbell County who have experienced hardships due to the COVID-19 pandemic. An example of hardship could be loss or reduction in employment, family illness, or a death in the family.
