NASHVILLE, TN (SPECIAL TO WLAF) – By now, many Tennesseans have heard about the COVID-19 Rent Relief program that will bring needed assistance to tenants and landlords across our state.

As a result, THDA’s Rent Relief Call Center is now live and available to help individuals with questions regarding the program, eligibility, needed documentation, etc.

The number to call is 844-500-1112. The hours of operation are Monday through Saturday from 9 am to 9 pm. You may also connect HERE.

The THDA COVID-19 Rent Relief application portal will go live on Monday, March 1 at 9 am. Tenants in Davidson, Knox, Rutherford, and Shelby County/Memphis will NOT BE ELIGIBLE for THDA funds and will need to contact their local government for more information on local rent relief programs.
