Robert M. Short, age 91, of Speedwell passed away on Sunday, March 7, 2021. He was a member of Flatwoods Freewill Baptist Church. Preceded in death by wife: Virginia Short, long term companion: Melva Speakman, parents: John W. and Betty Harris Short, brothers: William, Garfield and Tilman Short, sisters: Nettie Byas, Zola Haynes, Sarah McConaha, Willie Rigney.
