Dakota Monday crawled out of his Chrysler Town & Country van without injury.

LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF) – Two vehicles collided at the Woodson Mall stop light just after 4 pm Friday afternoon.

One car suffered front end damage, and a van flipped on its top while a bystander La Follette Police cruiser escaped damage.

After the collision, this four door sedan was finally able to stop almost beyond Woodson Shell.

A light rain was falling when the Jacksboro-bound car and the La Follette-bound and turning van collided. The van ended up on its top near the stop light while the car came to a stop further west in front of Woodson Shell.

Multiple agencies responded.

La Follette Fire, La Follette Police, the Campbell County EMS, the Campbell County Sheriff’s Department and the Tennessee Highway Patrol responded. One officer on the scene said that since the LPD cruiser may have been slightly hit, the THP is investigating the accident.
