Cobie Herrin knows how to get to the front of the line for ice cream. Here’s proof. Cobie was the first customer at Mugs Ice Cream Shop receiving his treat from John Philpot.

LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF) – First day of spring. Sun and 60s. It’s the ideal time for ice cream. Fittingly, Mugs Ice Cream opened its brand new ice cream shop at 2 pm today.

Mugs Ice Cream Shop is next to Grace Rehab on the four lane in La Follette.

Basketball coaches Aaron Brown and Brad Honeycutt welcome you to their new ice cream shop. Mugs Ice Cream is home of hand dipped and soft serve ice cream featuring freakshakes and other delightful treats in a few few weeks.

Mugs Ice Cream is open Saturday until 10pm. Sunday, March 21st, hours are from 2 pm to 9 pm. These are temporary hours and will change as the season goes along. (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 03/20/2021-2PM)
