LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF) – A bomb threat this morning at La Follette Middle School forced students, teachers and staff from the campus to the school’s safe haven. Like when there were two threats last school year at La Follette Middle School, all went to the school’s safe haven; the La Follette United Methodist Church.

Buses and parents picked up students at the church and classes for the rest of today at LMS are cancelled. In the mean time, Campbell County Sheriff Robbie Goins and investigators are scouring the school as Bob Suarez with the FBI sent his K-9 to assist. “We’re working the dog at this time,” said Sheriff Goins.
