LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF) – The single dose COVID-19 vaccination made by Johnson & Johnson is available at Riggs Drug in LaFollette. 

According to owner Jonathan Broyles, he has 100 doses of the single dose vaccine which he will begin administering on Friday.  There are currently around 30 people on the waiting list for the vaccine at the LaFollette Riggs. He said when he runs out of the 100 doses of Johnson & Johnson, and reorders, he could be sent any of the three brands of vaccinations, so if interested in the single shot dose, now is the time to make an appointment. The Johnson & Johnson vaccination is approved for ages 18 and up. 

There is no charge for the vaccine. So even if you don’t have insurance, it’s available for free.
