LENOIR CITY, TN (SPECIAL TO WLAF) – Campbell County went out Tuesday night at Lenoir City to compete in track and field.

CCHS come away winning the boys 100m, boys discus, girls 4×400 relay, and placing 4th in the 400 meter. The Cougars and Lady Cougars have three more meets this season before the sectional tournament. Below are those who competed and achieved personal bests.

Also, a big shout out to the girls 4×400 team for making a drastic improvement over a week of eight seconds, and are now two seconds away from sectional qualification. The members of this team are Emily Mitchell, Madison Johnson, Zaelyn Ivey, and Audrey Bishop. The Cougars return to action Friday night at Anderson County to compete at the Dale Legg meet. Below are some pictures of the action Tuesday night.
