Changes constant during Stiner Hwy construction

LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF) – The view of the valley traveling Hwy 63, the General Carl Stiner Hwy, changes weekly as construction keeps moving west.

The former Campbell County Christian Academy sits off to the left.

This view is next to the TDOT offices looking toward the Arnold Farm.
