NASHVILLE, TN (SPECIAL TO WLAF) The Campbell County Courthouse continues operating as it is now with regard to COVID-19 protocol.

Here is an email sent out today from Rachel Harmon, General Counsel, Tennessee Supreme Court, Administrative Office of the Courts:

Today, Governor Lee issued Executive Order No. 80 and this press release.

“The Campbell Courthouse access remains in current posture until the Tennessee Supreme Court meets to provide further guidance in light of Governor Lee’s announcement today, April 27, 2021,” said Campbell County Mayor E.L. Morton in an email sent to WLAF late Tuesday afternoon.

The Supreme Court is aware of Executive Order No. 80 and is working on potential changes to court operations in light of the new Executive Order. Until the Supreme Court files a new COVID-19 Order, its current Orders remain in effect, and you should continue operating as you are now.
