Melvin Clonial Stephens, age 86, of Jacksboro passed away on Sunday, April 25, 2021. He was a member of Stanfield United Baptist Church, a US Army Veteran, 32nd degree Freemason and a member of Jellico Masonic Lodge for 50 years and a retired heavy equipment operator. Preceded in death by great-grandson: Aidyn Grasty, father: Flem Stephens, mother: Edith Stephens, sister: Ruby Stephens, brothers: John Thomas Stephens, Herthel Stephens, Noah Stephens, sisters-in-law: Mary Stephens, Ruby Stephens

Family and friends will meet 12 Noon Saturday May 1st at Warren Memorial Gardens in Pioneer, TN for Graveside Services and Interment, Rev Jeff Loyd officiating. Military Honors will be given by the Jellico Honor Guard
