Elijah Steven Goins, age 21, of Jacksboro was born on September 3, 1999 and went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, April 28, 2021. Elijah was saved in bible school at Shallow Creek Baptist Church. Preceded in death by his loving mother, Melissa Miller Goins and his dear sister, Olivia Rachel Goins.

Elijah will be greatly missed by his family and many friends. A loving soul, hardworking man, and a brother to all his friends and would help anyone. Rest in peace sweetheart, we love you.
