JELLICO, TN (WLAF) – Familiarity resulted in an arrest for a Duff man on May 4.

On that Tuesday morning, around 10:30am, Campbell County Sheriff’s Deputy Christopher West reports that he was patrolling Hwy 25W just south of Jellico. West saw a man he knew who has a revoked driver’s license behind the wheel of a pick-up truck.

The deputy detailed in his report that 43-year- old Carl Lynn Anderson was the person driving the red 1988 Toyota Tacoma that had just driven past his cruiser. West made a traffic stop, and Anderson confirmed who he was. The deputy also confirmed that Anderson’s license was suspended.

According to jail records this was the 14th arrest for Anderson who is listed as unemployed.
