JACKSBORO, TN (WLAF) – It’s down to three finalists vying to fill the vacant head coaching position for Lady Cougar Basketball at Campbell County High School.

Campbell Director of Athletics Ryan Browning is heading up the search to find a new coach following the highly successful Brad Honeycutt Era. After seven seasons and 130 wins, Honeycutt called it a career last month.

“We had 11 applicants and hope to conduct interviews of the three finalists before this week is out,” said Browning. “It would be ideal to make the hire by the end of the week, and that’s our hope,” added Browning. (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 05/18/2021-6AM)
