CARYVILLE, TN (WLAF) – On Sunday afternoon, a Campbell County Sheriff’s Deputy paid a visit to 231 Massey Lane at Caryville to see about a man wanted on an outstanding warrant.

It was 4:17pm when Deputy Justin Phillips made contact with 45-year old Scotty Lamarr Foust. The deputy confirmed that Foust had an outstanding warrant for his arrest based on the report from the Campbell County Sheriff’s Office.

Foust, a father of three according to jail records, was placed under arrest and charged with PI (public intoxication). Officials say this was Foust’s 11th time being arrested. (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 06/22/2021-6AM)
