Rev. Donald Lewis King

​age 78, of Middlesboro, KY, went home to be with the Lord on June 21, 2021 at Middlesboro A.R.H. while surrounded by his loving family.
He was born on April 15, 1948 in Claiborne County to the late Henry Lewis and Nadine King.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Naomi Lawson. 
Don was a loving Husband, Father and Grandfather. He was a true Man of God; his priority was serving the Lord. Don was Pastor for 49 years at The Way of the Holiness Church of God in Clairfield, TN. He loved the Lord, going to church and his church family. He also worked for many years at Green Construction where he retired.

Left to cherish his memory, loving and devoted wife of 57 years, Peggy Norton King, sons Randy King, Jeff (Jenny) King, Donald Jr. (Cora) King, and Travis (Kristen) King, daughter Karla King, grandchildren Samantha King, Thomas Paul King, Rachel King, Lyndee King, and Aidan King, great-grandchildren Noah Smith, Brynlee Rey King and twins Leslie and Leah Moore, brother Arnold (Suzie) King and sister Louise (Tony) Prater.
As well as a host of many nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, church family and friends too numerous to name who will miss him dearly.

The family of Rev. Donald King will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Friday, June 25, 2021 at Green Hills Funeral Home.
Funeral Services will be conducted at 8:00 p.m. Friday, June 25, 2021 at the Green Hills Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Orville Petrey presiding. Music will be provided by The Way of the Holiness Church of God Singers.
Graveside Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, June 26, 2021 at The Way of the Holiness Church of God where Don will be laid to rest on the church grounds.
