Timothy “Shane” Lewis, Jr. age 23 of LaFollette passed away Sunday, June 27,2021.  He was employed with the City of LaFollette and had served in the U.S. Army. Shane loved his Children, riding motorcycles, being in the outdoors, and had never met a stranger.  Preceded in death by Grandparents, Larry Goins, Leroy and Lillie Lewis, Uncles, Clyde and Joe Green.

Survivors: Parents, Timothy Shane, Sr. and Cindy Lewis; Children, Lillieann Jo Lewis and Hunter Addam Lewis; Brothers, Gage Lewis, Vince Goad, Bradley Miracle, and Michael “Junior” Ward; Sister, Samantha “Sam” Sims; Grandmother, Linda Goins; Girlfriend, Macee Zaffiro; Several Aunts, Uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends. 

Funeral Services Saturday, July 3, 2021, 7:00 P.M. at Walters Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Bill Wilson and Rev. Lance Wilson officiating.  The family will receive friends from 5:00 – 7:00 P.M.
