Mollie Ann (Queener) Tackett, 84, of Nashville, TN, passed away at home with loved ones.  She was born on February 22, 1937 in Lake City, TN to the late Walter and Irene (Andrews) Queener.  Mollie worked for the Anderson County Sheriff’s Department, she also was the 1st and only woman to serve as bailiff for the Anderson County Criminal Court for Judge Meredith and Judge Don Elledge.  She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Bill Tackett, son Roger Tackett, daughter Deborah Lefevers, brother Jack Queener, sisters Doris Willis and Kathy Hatmaker.

She is survived by son: Tim Tackett and wife Lisa of Nashville, daughter-in-law: Margaret Tackett of Clinton, sisters: Jerri Boring of Maryville, Janice Bullock and husband Mike of Clinton.  Grandchildren:  Jodi Helms and Brad, Justin Tackett, Keven Lefevers and Courtney, Kenny Tackett and Kristyn, Elizabeth Tackett, Debbie Tackett, Billie Tackett and Jessica.  Great Grandchildren:  Hannah, Sadie, Lynnan, Brooke, Ariana, Amelia, Maxton, Emma, Kinsley, Hazel, Hadley, Campbell, Emerson, Remi and Ryker

Visitation:  5-7 PM, Friday, July 2, 2021, at Hatmaker Funeral Home, Lake City, TN.

Graveside Service:  11 AM, Saturday, July 3, 2021, at Sunset Cemetery in Clinton, TN
