First Responders with the La Follette Fire Department work to get a man out of this overturned SUV.

LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF) – One person was trapped inside an SUV involved in a three vehicle accident Sunday evening at the Woodson Mall traffic light.

Around 6pm is when First Responders with the La Follette Fire and Police Departments responded to a rollover wreck on the four lane.

An eyewitness tells WLAF News that the light was green for the east-west lanes when the westbound Mercury SUV turned left into the mall as a Honda CUV was traveling east, and the two vehicles collided. A Mitsubishi four door sedan, that was waiting on the light to change on the mall side of the stop light, was hit by the Mercury.

Three vehicles sustained damage in a Sunday evening wreck.

One person was eased out through the windshield of the SUV by LFD First Responders.

  1. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, same old thing just a different day in Lafollette, nobody can drive anymore.
