JACKSBORO, TN (WLAF) – When Campbell County Sheriff’s Lieutenant Nathanial Bostic was notified of a person wanted for an outstanding warrant out of criminal court, he set out to locate her.

Bostic came in contact with 35-year old Jessica Rae Halcomb on East Street in Jacksboro, near the First Baptist Church, around 1pm on Monday, June 28.

In his narrative, Bostic details that he advised Halcomb that she had an outstanding warrant for her arrest. She was placed under arrest and transported to the Campbell County Jail. Based on jail records, Halcomb is unemployed and was arrested for the seventh time. (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 07/08/2021-6AM)
