JACKSBORO, TN (WLAF) – A passerby reported a man, possibly intoxicated, was in the road on Branam Road last Friday evening.

Campbell County Sheriff’s Deputy Will Collins answered the call to allegedly find 49-year- old William Deles Sharp of Caryville unsteady on his feet and talking with slurred speech. Collins said Sharp told him he had consumed alcohol.

Sharp was placed under arrest and charged with PI (public intoxication). He is due in court on July 29. (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 07/13/2021-6AM)
