LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF) – David James Ivey of Grassy Hill Lane in La Follette is in a Nebraska jail this morning. The 49-year- old man was arrested at Fast Freddy’s last week by Campbell County authorities.

Deputy Joseph Weaver with the Campbell County Sheriff’s Office came across Ivey last Monday, July 5, and ran his name through the National Crime Information Center (NCIC), a criminal records database, by way of Central Dispatch. The results were that Ivey was wanted out of Nebraska.

Last Thursday, Ivey was released into the custody of Nebraska officials. He was transported back Nebraska to face undisclosed charges. (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 07/13/2021-6AM)
