Wlaf1450KNOXVILLE, TN (WLAF) – The Webb School Spartans hosted the Campbell County Cougars in a preseason scrimmage on Thursday evening on Faust Field.
It was said the Cougars looked sharp in all phases of their game in their first scrimmage of the season.
Campbell hosts its first home scrimmage opponent on its new field when the Knoxville Central Bobcats visit on Friday, August 6. A week later is the jamboree quarter at Neyland Stadium on August 13. The regular season opens at Chattanooga on Friday, August 20, when the Cougars visit the Central Purple Pounders.
