La Follette Library hosts all-time favorite Gene Cordova at 10am

LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF) – Gene Cordova is a ventriloquist, puppeteer, comedian, and magician all rolled into one, and he’s coming to La Follette. “Gene is an all-time favorite, and he’s coming back to our library this month,” said Nancy Green, director of the LaFollette Public Library.

Cordova’s appearance is set for Friday, July 30, at 10 am. Green said the hour-long event is totally free for any and all kids of all ages. The performance will be followed with a pizza party.

“Since I didn’t get to have a regular summer reading program this year, this is the library’s way of making it up to the kids by having Gene come and entertain them,” added Green.
