  1. Why is someone still out with being arrested 70 times. This is ridiculous. Something needs to be done to anyone that has so many criminal arrests.

  2. I agree. This catch-and-release game is getting old. Whatever our laws say about habitual criminals or career criminals, it’s way past time to act!! Enough already!!

  3. I totally agree with the4se other replies! How can our area ever get better if there are little or no consequences for actions?!! A slap on the wrist is NOT enough! Kids are treated the same way… under current laws there are no repercussions for their actions! If you spank (not beat) them then YOU are arrested! It’s a crazy upside down world and will not improve until people are held accountable for their actions (I was drunk or high is no excuse – it was THEIR choice to drink, smoke, shoot, snort or whatever!). Until there are penalties, substantial penalties, to be paid by these perpetrators there will be no peace or safety on the roads or even in your own home!
Open up Brushy Mountain again and let them pay their penalty there!
