Gary Wayne Ivey, age 51, went home to be with the Lord on August 18, 2021at Tennova Turkey Creek. He was born October 28, 1969.

Gary was a loving husband of 29 years, son, dad, grandfather, and brother.

He is preceded in death by his father Edgar Ivey.

Gary is survived by his wife Diana Ivey of Loudon, mother, Margaret Ivey; daughters, Jamie Ivey McGhee and fiancé, Mckay and Mara Ivey; brothers, Randall Ivey and wife Wendy, Jeff Ivey and wife Ruth; grandchildren, Danisyn Ivey, Barren McGhee, Landyn Ivey, Zayden McCullah, and Kasen McCullah and host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, August 22, 2021in the chapel of Martin Wilson Funeral Home from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM with the funeral service to follow at 3:00 PM with Rev. Bryant Padgett officiating. The internment will follow the funeral service at Evans Cemetery in Caryville.
