City of La Follette Planning Commission meets this afternoon

LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF) – The City of La Follette Regional Planning Commission meets in its regular monthly meeting this afternoon at 4:30pm at City Hall.

Among the items on the planning commission agenda are an M-1 Industrial Site Plan Review located on Old Middlesboro Highway to propose a metal building as well as an Existing Site Plan Review for 317 East Central Avenue (at the corner of North 4th Street) which is in a C-1 Central Business District.

On the board of zoning appeals agenda, there is a variance request. The request is for property on East Hemlock Street in an R-2 High Density Residential District. (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 08/26/2021-6AM)
